Cob Bench Build Project

Join in with the local community to create an artistic Cob Bench, enjoy a Hearty Lunch & snacks and experience the fun of building with the most sustainable building materials!  

‘Cob’ is a mixture of Clay/Mud, Sand & Straw rolled together to make a structure that can last for over 100 years. The easy and gratifying process of creating artistic structures with cob is an ancient technique that is enjoying a resurgence in popularity as people seek a more ecological and sustainable way to build. 

Come up to our spectacular 40-acre Retreat Center for the day and bring some friends. Staying the night before or after the build is a relaxing option to enjoy our Tree of Life Labyrinth and our large Hot Tub! Cost: $35 for the day $75 for the night before or after.
