Silent meditation Retreats

Just you, the earth and your connection to Spirit for 3 days and 2 nights on one of the the most beautiful ecological scapes on the Western Slope of Colorado!

Disconnect from all the noise and get really really quiet. You'll join 2-6 other beautiful souls in a Silent Meditation weekend to rest, relax and rejuvenate, especially after COVID-19!  

We'll meditate once on Friday in a guided visioning to create your intention for the weekend, 3 times on Saturday (2 sitting and 1 walking) and one silent meditation on Sunday.

No previous meditation experience required and beginners are welcome!

We serve 3 nutritious, vegetarian meals with a protein option each day.  Our days begin at 7:30 am and retire at 8:00 pm with plenty of free time throughout the day for hiking, journaling and resting.
